Cheryl A. Feeley is an associate in Holland & Knight's Litigation Practice in Washington, D.C. Ms. Feeley represents clients in a wide array of complex commercial matters involving breach of contract, tort and federal statutory claims. She also has significant experience representing owners and general contractors in construction litigation. Her recent experience includes:

  • representing corporation and board of directors in shareholders' litigation involving claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, fraud and tortious interference with contract
  • representing public corporation in shareholder/ownership arbitration with limited liability company
  • pursuing federal RICO and state-law claims against complex network of business entities on behalf of general contractor
  • defending manufacturers against product liability claims, including providing counsel regarding risk mitigation
  • representing medical device manufacturer in Lanham Act litigation involving false advertising claims against competitor
  • defending national bank and subsidiary mortgage corporation against tort claims and Fair Credit Reporting Act claim
  • defending public benefit corporation in complex, multi-party litigation relating to construction defect and delay
