Frank White is a senior counsel in Holland & Knight's Boston office and focuses on private investment fund formation. Mr. White represents domestic and international sponsors and managers in private equity fund formations and investments. He also counsels domestic and international sponsors on regulatory, compliance and day-to-day operational issues.

In addition, Mr. White advises limited partner investors with respect to investments in domestic and international private investment funds. He also represents venture capital and private equity funds in their portfolio investments and transactions.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. White worked at private law firms where he advised clients on private equity fund formations and investments in domestic and international private investment funds. He also guided private equity firms as well as public and private companies in merger and acquisition transactions, regulatory matters, compliance and daily operational issues. He is a chartered financial analyst (CFA) and a certified public accountant (CPA), and is also a member of the adjunct faculty of Boston College Law School teaching the Law & Accounting course.
