Overview

Henry A. H. Rosenzweig is an attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office and a member of the firm's Construction Industry Practice Group.

Mr. Rosenzweig's transactional experience includes the negotiation of design, design-build, construction management and contractor agreements for diverse projects such as cogeneration plants, railroads, public transportation facilities, airport facilities, hospital and medical research facilities, hotels, and commercial and residential buildings. Mr. Rosenzweig's dispute resolution experience includes the mediation, arbitration and trial of actions in both state and federal courts involving similarly diverse projects involving design errors and omissions, wrongful termination, delay and extra work claims, bid protests, liquidation agreements, non-responsibility determinations by government agencies, lien law trust fund diversion claims and mechanic's liens.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rosenzweig worked at a Tokyo law firm for several years with a focus on residential and hotel developments in the U.S. and abroad, and as in-house corporate counsel for a U.S. subsidiary of an international construction company based in Tokyo. Most recently, he practiced construction law and commercial litigation with a firm in New York City.

Mr. Rosenzweig is proficient in Japanese, and has successfully completed Japanese language programs at Middlebury College and Earlham College in the U.S., and Waseda University and Rikkyo University in Japan.
