Holland & Knight Advises USIS on Sale of Global Security and Solutions Division

TYSONS CORNER, Va. (January 22, 2015) – Holland & Knight represented U.S. Investigations Services, LLC (USIS) in the sale of its Global Security and Solutions (GS&S) division to services contractor PAE. The GS&S division is a leading provider of information and security services to government customers, including the law enforcement, homeland security and classified communities. According to the Washington Post, the transaction is one of the first significant professional services deals of 2015 in the Washington, D.C., region.
