Additionally, the guide explains how Holland & Knight’s growth outside of Latin America contributed to the services it can provide to its Latin American clients: "New offices in Houston and Denver are expected to play a key role in the firm's Latin American practice group, which all contributes to its wider north-south strategy for the Americas."

Latin Lawyer's research process includes polling legal practitioners operating in Latin America and canvassing their clients; thousands of visits to law firms and face-to-face interviews in all 18 Latin American countries covered, as well as in the United States, Canada and Europe; and collecting feedback from corporate counsel.
