Overview

Holland & Knight attorneys guide clients on the complete suite of midstream projects, including gathering, processing, fractionation, refining, storage, transportation (land and marine), trading and disposal of energy products and biproducts, such as natural gas, natural gas liquids (NGLs), liquefied natural gas (LNG), crude oil, refined and purity products and produced water. Regulatory and Federal Policy

Holland & Knight attorneys represent clients in structuring state and federal tariffs and in conducting open seasons, and in compliance, declaratory order and enforcement matters before FERC, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and its Office of Inspector General (OIG), U.S. Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), as well as before similar state regulatory agencies.
