Robert L. Green

Robert Green is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Atlanta office and a member of the firm's Corporate Services Team. His practice focuses on transaction processing and assisting payment processing and other financial services companies in achieving their business and financial goals. He has 15 years of experience working with financial services companies as a businessman and has a thorough understanding of their evolution and strategies for continued success.

Mr. Green has worked with a range of financial institutions and service providers, including some of the largest banks in Georgia and Florida. He has worked with major US data aggregators, the largest payment processors in the world, other IT enabled companies and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. He has provided legal and technology advice regarding compliance, processing, data, new product development, joint ventures, partnerships, outsourcing, information technology and global expansion. He recently helped to found the Atlanta based American Transaction Processors Coalition.
