Robert M. Haight Jr.

Robert M. Haight Jr. is a California real estate attorney who has significant knowledge in municipal and public finance matters – in particular Mello-Roos Community Facilities Districts (CFDs) and Infrastructure Financing Districts – along with extensive experience in providing counsel to developers, bondholders, underwriters, financial advisors, special districts and other governmental agencies throughout the state of California. He represents master developers and merchant builders in connection with single family, multifamily, commercial, industrial and retail developments. Mr. Haight has handled all phases of municipal bond issues from planning (development, financing and mitigation agreements) to implementation (bond issuance and disclosure) to post-issuance matters (continuing disclosure, refundings and workouts). Mr. Haight has counseled clients in connection with the issuance, refinancing and restructuring of tax-exempt and taxable bonds, including special-tax bonds, tax increment bonds, assessment bonds, industrial developmental bonds, general fund obligation bonds, tax and revenue anticipation notes (TRANs) and other anticipation notes, revenue bonds, certificates of participation and other lease/installment purchase transactions.
