  • What can I do to strengthen my candidacy?
  • What differentiates one law firm from another?

Holland & Knight attorneys provide insight and input in answering these questions and others about the legal practice. This event is a unique opportunity to learn about associate responsibilities and expectations at law firms.

We have been a member of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) since its inception. As a member, we participate in the 1L LCLD Scholars Program, which is designed to strengthen the legal pipeline by providing opportunities for underrepresented first-year law students. It provides a rare opportunity for students who have finished their first year of law school to gain valuable professional experience at Holland & Knight.

Since 2008, we have annually awarded a scholarship to a first-year law student from Florida A&M University (FAMU) College of Law in addition to providing an opportunity to participate in our summer associate program. This exclusive program provides an opportunity for law students to gain real-world law firm experience working on complex matters.
