Ethical Preparation of Witnesses for Deposition and Trial

Litigation attorney Dan Small will present a session on the American Bar Association's Trial Practice Committee Teleconference titled, "Ethical Preparation of Witnesses for Deposition and Trial." The program will discuss the Rules of Professional Conduct, the applicable sections of the Restatement of the Law Governing Lawyers and court decisions which define the parameters of ethical witness preparation.
