2015 FIBA Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Conference

Financial Services attorneys Andy Fernandez, Gabriel Caballero and Aymee Valdivia will speak at the FIBA 15th Annual Anti Money Laundering Compliance Conference. Holland & Knight is also a proud sponsor of the program. 

Mr. Fernandez and Ms. Valdivia will present at the pre conference event titled "The Impact of the New Cuba Regulation on your Institution." The session will focus on what the changes mean for the anti-money laundering industry.

At the conference, Mr. Fernandez will present two sessions titled, "Ask The U.S. Regulators and Policy Makers" and "Section 4A Sanctions Compliance." Mr. Caballero will present a session titled, "6B FATCA – The 2015 Horizon."
