DNA Evidence Used to Request New Trials

Representation of Veterans Who Lost Their Benefits
Our Jacksonville lawyers and the Jacksonville Area Legal Aid (JALA) worked together to assist Veterans who had been deceived into signing criminally usurious loans with a company targeting veterans.

Representation of Veterans in a Home Equity Class Action Law Suit
Our lawyers represented veterans who were lured into selling the equity in their homes. As a result of the class action suit, one client received a substantial amount of the equity in her home back and the other client received a cash settlement.
