Represent inner city nonprofit in successful negotiations of joint venture to benefit residents.

Description
Through the joint venture, the inner-city non-profit developed a job training facility, community activity center, 70 units of new housing, and formed a community investment trust fund. The joint venture further provided a million square foot light industrial business park and created 2,000 jobs and housing units for low-income people.
