We handle all aspects of the purchase and sale of radio and television stations, the transfer and merger of public- and privately-held broadcast companies, debt and equity financing of broadcast businesses, and compliance with multiple ownership restrictions.
Carriage
We assist clients with TV must-carry and retransmission consents with cable systems and direct broadcast satellite providers, network affiliation agreements, and time brokerage agreements.

We have extensive experience in federal court appeals and petitions for review of FCC orders and in assisting trial counsel with Communications Act issues.
