Scope of Services

Having total involvement in the transactional, regulatory, investigation, and litigation matters affecting clients' operations, our work includes the licensing and certification of air carrier operations, financing and leasing aircraft, leasing land and airport space, negotiating slot agreements, structuring operations, handling NTSB and FAA investigations, representing clients before other government agencies, and providing ongoing support of our clients' operations, including the adept handling of arbitrations and litigation of commercial disputes and multidistrict litigation of claims resulting from accidents.
