Communication Corporation's $1.13 Billion Refinancing
Holland & Knight represented a public communications company in a $1.13 billion debt-refinancing transaction. The client, which owns and operates the nation's largest broadcast television station group, used the offering proceeds to purchase all of the company's existing secured and senior-subordinated notes, pursuant to a tender offer and consent solicitation.
