Vineyards, Wineries and National Restaurant Chains Represented by Alcohol Beverage Team
In response to petitions submitted by Holland & Knight's Alcohol Beverage Team on behalf of various vineyards and winery clients, the federal Alcohol & Tobacco Tax & Trade Bureau recently approved the establishement of "Saddle Rock-Malibu" in Southern California as an American viticultural area and also issued Notices of Proposed Rulemaking for expanding the "San Francisco Bay" viticultural area and creating a new viticultural area in Paso Robles, California. The Alcohol Beverage Team continues to expand in the Northeast securing numerous licensing and regulatory engagements for national chains such as Applebee's, Cheesecake Factory, Chili's, Maggiano's and P.F. Chang's.
