- Revised DSP-5 Form. The Agency has revised its
instructions on preparing a DSP-5 Application: Request for Permanent Export of
Unclassified Defense Articles and Related Unclassified Technical Data. The new
instructions may be accessed at

- New Delivery and Pick-up Locations. ODTC has informed
personnel with access privileges to note that, effective immediately, delivery
and pick-up services for licenses and applications have been relocated to the
receptionist’s station at ODTC’s 12th floor offices (from the 13th floor) in the
Columbia Plaza High Rise (State Annex 1). This change results from the
consolidation of all of the office’s administrative operations on the 12th
floor. Industry and embassy personnel are encouraged to send comments concerning
