The State Department has determined that two Armenian entities, eight Chinese entities, and two Moldovan entities have engaged in activities that violate the provisions prohibiting the transfer to Iran of equipment and technology controlled for nonproliferation purposes under multilateral export control lists. Imposed penalties include ineligibility for two years to participate in U.S. Government procurements and to receive licenses for the export of items on the United States Munitions List (USML) or the Commerce Control List.
