March 17, 2003
The U.S. Department of Commerce and the Export-Import Bank
of the United States announced on February 20, 2003, that the agencies have
adopted two new measures to "better coordinate export-counseling services and
streamline and simplify access to financing for U.S. firms that compete for
international export sales."
