BOSTON – Holland & Knight Managing Partner Steven Sonberg has appointed Steven Wright to serve as Executive Partner of the firm's Boston office. Registration for FM Radio Station Auction Begins Today

The FCC opens a registration period today for the next auction of FM radio station allocations. The deadline to register for this auction is August 12, 2005. The registration process is electronic and the FCC does not require any funds to be paid at this time. Up-front payments can be submitted to the FCC until September 30, 2005. All up-front payments are fully refundable in the event the participant is not the highest bidder in the auction.

Completing the registration is usually not a simple process, so please contact us as soon as possible if you are considering participating in this auction. The electronic registration is a requirement for participation in the auction, but is not a firm commitment to make up-front payments.
