New Manual Gives Practical and Useful Guidance on Diversity Issues to Higher Education Officials

June 7, 2005

Holland & Knight partners Arthur L. Coleman and Scott R. Palmer and associate Femi S. Richards, in conjunction with the College Board’s Access and Diversity Collaborative on Enrollment Management and the Law, have developed a manual designed to assist higher education officials on diversity issues. “Federal Law and Financial Aid: A Framework for Evaluating Diversity-Related Programs” was created in response to the 2003 University of Michigan decisions and addresses questions colleges and universities have on how to comply with federal requirements.
