Holland & Knight Named a “Go-To Law Firm” for Litigation by Corporate Counsel Magazine

NEW YORK – For the second year in a row, Holland & Knight LLP has been named a “Go-To Law Firm” for litigation in an annual survey conducted by Corporate Counsel magazine. The results of the survey, published in the September 2005 issue, rank Holland & Knight among the top 12 law firms in the U.S. based on the number of Fortune 250 companies which list the firm as the one they “turn to most” for litigation matters.
Holland & Knight was named in the survey by a number of clients, including BellSouth, The Coca-Cola Company, CVS Corp., Marriott International, Inc., New York Life Insurance Company, Publix Super Markets and Raytheon.
The Litigation Section within Holland & Knight is one of the largest and most powerful practices in the U.S. with more than 500 lawyers located around the country. “Being recognized again as a top 'go to' firm that major companies entrust with complex litigation matters is an honor,” said Richard Duvall, chair of Holland & Knight’s Litigation Section. “The ranking reflects the continuing strength, depth and breadth of the firm’s litigation capabilities.”
