TAMPA – Holland & Knight is pleased to announce that William F. "Bill" Hamilton, a partner in the firm's Tampa office, was recently appointed to serve a three-year term on the Florida Bar's Business Litigation Certification Committee. As a member of the certification committee, Hamilton will evaluate applications submitted by attorneys who wish to become Board Certified in Business Litigation. Board certification is the highest level of recognition given by The Florida Bar for competency and experience within an area of law.
Hamilton is head of Holland & Knight's E-Discovery Team and focuses his practice on complex litigation in the areas of intellectual property (copyright, trademark, patent and trade secrets law), class action defense, telecommunications, antitrust and trade regulation, and unfair trade practices. He currently serves on the firm's Technology Committee, which is responsible for the firm''s national and international telephony and data communications systems and networks. He has also served as the firm’s Technology Partner. Hamilton is Board Certified in Business Litigation
