Holland & Knight Names Greg Digel Practice Group Leader of the Firm's Atlanta Litigation Practice Group

ATLANTA – Holland & Knight announced today that Greg Digel, a partner in the firm's Atlanta office, has been appointed Practice Group Leader of the office's Litigation Practice Group.
"With more than 30 years of trial experience, and particular expertise in RICO, anti-trust and class action work, Greg brings demonstrated knowledge and talent to his new role," said Peter Prieto, chair of the firm's national Litigation Section, "I am confident that the Atlanta litigation practice will continue to be successful under Greg's leadership."
Digel's practice is focused in the area of complex commercial litigation, including individual cases and class actions involving lender liability, antitrust, RICO, fraud and various business tort claims. He has handled numerous cases in the automotive industry involving dealers, manufacturers, and lenders. He has more than 30 years of trial experience and has appeared in state and federal courts in Georgia, Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida, Kansas, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
