Building Valued at $1.71 Billion

New York - Holland & Knight represented JAMESTOWN in the acquisition of a minority interest in the 1.9 million sq. ft. General Motors Building at 767 Fifth Avenue, New York, in a deal that closed on Friday, January 7. JAMESTOWN's investment will involve up to $300 million in equity. Holland & Knight also participated in the negotiation and closing of the $1.1 billion loan from Deutsche Bank used to refinance the underlying debt on the property.
