ORLANDO, Fla. – Jay Crenshaw, a lawyer in the Orlando office of Holland & Knight, has authored an article entitled "Hedge Funds: Regulatory, Tax and Organizational Considerations." It is published in the Florida Journal of International Law, which is distributed nationally and will be available on Westlaw and Lexis.
Crenshaw practices exclusively in the area of investment management, primarily forming and advising hedge funds and investment advisers. He has actively participated in the structuring and advising of hedge funds and investment advisers and has experience in a variety of hedge fund organizational issues.
