Holland & Knight Named World’s Leader in Aviation Expertise

NEW YORK – According to independent research carried out
by the Legal Media Group (LMG), Holland & Knight has more experts in aviation
law than any other firm in the world.
Holland & Knight partners identified as experts in various areas of aviation
law include Louise Cobbs, Randal (Bob) Craft, Richard Crowley, Joanna Geraghty,
Christopher Kelly, William Piels, John Pritchard, M.J. Spelliscy, John Toriello
and Thomas Zimmer. Each of these lawyers is featured LMG’s 2004 Guide to the
World''s Leading Aviation Lawyers.

In researching their guide, Legal Media Group carried out an in-depth study
of experts in the field of aviation law. The initial stage of the research
process involved distributing 2500 questionnaires to senior practitioners and
in-house counsel involved in the practice area in 65 jurisdictions. The
questionnaires asked leading figures to nominate those practitioners they
considered to be among the most capable for aviation work. The results were
analyzed and screened for firm, network and alliance bias. As a final
verification, the list was discussed with advisers in leading legal centers
worldwide.
