NEW YORK – Holland & Knight is pleased to announce that a prestigious group of construction attorneys have joined the firm's New York office. Frederick "Rick" Rohn, Harry Sacks, Henry Rosenzweig and Deborah Roth were previously with Sacks Montgomery, P.C. in New York.

"The addition of this premier group of construction lawyers to our New York office strengthens the construction law capabilities of the entire firm," said Andrew Stephenson, a partner in the firm's Washington, D. C. office and chair of the Construction Practice Group. "Their presence will greatly enhance our ability to serve the needs of existing and new construction clients in New York as well as nationally and internationally."

Frederick R. "Rick" Rohn joins the firm as a Partner. Rohn has twenty-five years of experience in the construction law field representing construction project owners, construction managers and contractors in negotiation and drafting of construction contracts, providing advice concerning issues and disputes during construction and in mediation, arbitration and litigation of disputes. He is a past chair of the Construction Law Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and has lectured on recent developments in construction law.

Harry P. Sacks joins the firm Of Counsel. Sacks is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced construction law attorneys in New York. He began his career with Nevius, Jarvis & Pilz, which traced its origins to the 1880's in construction law. In 1967, Sacks founded what became known as Sacks Montgomery, one of the city's leading construction law firms for forty years. He has represented clients in major cases involving all types of construction projects as well as real estate and product liability disputes.

Henry A. H. Rosenzweig joins the firm as an Associate. His practice focuses on commercial litigation with a strong emphasis on construction related matters.
