Holland & Knight Forms Financial Recovery Team

MIAMI – Holland & Knight has formed a Financial Recovery Team to assist clients with the dramatic and unprecedented developments in the global financial markets. The firm has assembled an interdisciplinary group of lawyers and professionals from around the country with significant experience in finance, government, real estate and litigation to counsel clients on the issues and opportunities facing them during this uncertain time.

The team is chaired by Jose Sirven, chair of the firm's Financial Services Practice Group and a partner in the Miami office. "Holland & Knight is well positioned to help clients through these difficult times, from advocacy on financial recovery issues pending before the U.S. Congress and Executive Branch to regulatory compliance and transactional issues in the new credit environment," said Sirven. "By providing proactive counsel and support, we can help ensure that our clients are effectively prepared to deal with the critical issues and developments that are directly and indirectly impacting them."

Holland & Knight's Financial Recovery Team will help clients stay abreast of changes in the financial environment, identify and interpret complex issues and new developments, analyze the impact of legislative and regulatory changes, and provide guidance and advocacy as they deal with the challenges of a transforming financial landscape.
