Marc S. Reisler Joins Holland & Knight's Corporate and M&A Practice in New York

NEW YORK – Holland & Knight is pleased to announce that Marc S. Reisler has joined the firm's New York office as a partner in the Corporate and M&A Practice.

Reisler will concentrate his practice in corporate law, intellectual property, technology, media, entertainment, and the Internet. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Reisler was a partner and co-head of the Technology Practice Group of Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP's Corporate Department in New York City where he focused on commercial finance transactions and intellectual property transactions.

Reisler received his B.A. from McGill University. He earned his M.A. in International Finance and his J.D., cum laude from Syracuse University. He is a frequent speaker on the topics of technology, entertainment, copyright and Internet-related topics; in addition, he has written a number of articles on growth and financing of the Internet.
