Holland & Knight Moving to Midtown

July 31, 2009

New York – July 31, 2009 – The New York office of Holland & Knight is relocating from lower Broadway to West 52nd Street. With plans to move in January 2010, the firm has leased three floors of space at 31 W. 52nd Street for a 15-year term.

Managing Partner Steve Sonberg said, "We are very proud to continue to make significant steps in our strategic growth in this market and believe the move to a midtown location will enable us to better serve our clients and to attract top lateral talent."

The firm is leasing from Clifford Chance and will make minor renovations to accommodate the office's approximately 200 lawyers and staff.

"We are very pleased to be occupying such a beautiful building in such a great neighborhood. Having Clifford Chance, a world-class law firm, as our neighbor makes our new situation about perfect," said New York Executive Partner Bill Honan.
