Bradley Gould and David Sofge Join Holland & Knight's Miami Office

MIAMI, Fla. Holland & Knight is pleased to announce that Bradley Gould has joined the firm's office as a Partner in the Real Estate Practice Group and David Sofge has joined the Financial Services Practice Group as Senior Counsel.

"We are delighted that these talented attorneys have joined us," said Kelly-Ann Cartwright, Executive Partner of Holland & Knight's Miami office. "They have an incredible amount of expertise in their particular areas and their presence will enhance our significant real estate and financial services capabilities."

Gould concentrates his practice in the area of eminent domain and land use litigation and has particular experience with issues related to property rights, condemnation, inverse condemnation, and government takings. Immediately prior to joining the firm, Gould was a shareholder in the law firm of Akerman Senterfitt. He previously worked as an attorney in the Eminent Domain Division of the Hollywood, Florida Office of the Attorney General and in the Fort Lauderdale Department of Transportation Office of the General Counsel. He is a past chair of The Florida Bar Eminent Domain Committee.

Before joining Holland & Knight, Sofge was Of Counsel at Jones Walker, and prior to that, had been a partner at Jorden Burt. His practice focuses on banking and financial services law, bond offerings and public finance, securitization and asset-based lending, financial restructuring of commercial real estate loans, and the utilization of structured finance for investment funds and specialized insurance products.
