SAN FRANCISCO – Holland & Knight is pleased to announce that Jennifer Hernandez, a partner in the firm's San Francisco office, was named one of the 50 Most Influential Minority Lawyers in America for 2008 by the National Law Journal. Lawyers selected to the list have had a national impact in their legal fields and beyond during the past five years, demonstrated the power to change the law, shape public affairs, launch industries and accomplish large projects.

Hernandez was nominated by Holland & Knight's Diversity Council for her significant role in brownfields, redevelopment and master planned community projects. Hernandez divides her time between the firm's San Francisco and Los Angeles offices.

"We are proud to support Jennifer and her land use and environmental practice, and appreciate her significant contributions to Holland & Knight," said Paul Thomas, Chief Diversity Officer and Diversity Partner for the law firm.
