John Hogan and John Rowley Named Co-Chairs of Holland & Knight's National White Collar Defense Team

This first-of-its kind book, published through the ABA, discusses the issues associated with implementing institutional controls (i.e., land use restrictions) on contaminated sites, including brownfields sites. The book provides an overview of the issues, a discussion of the then pending Uniform Environmental Covenants Act, some potential private sector monitoring organizations, insurance related issues, and chapters summarizing some of the leading state laws and regulations regarding institutional controls.
