The Federal Lawyer

August 1, 2008

William F. "Bill" Hamilton- Tampa

In the August 2008 issue of The Federal Lawyer, Bill Hamilton published a comprehensive review of Ralph Losey's book, e-Discovery: Current Trends and Cases. Hamilton, co-head of Holland & Knight's e-Discovery Team, first provides some historical context for the evolution of e-Discovery. This leads to a thorough and positive analysis of the book by Losey, a noted e-Discovery expert. "Losey's e-Discovery cracks open our oyster minds," Hamilton explains, "and shows us how to work and think in our emerging digital environment." Losey, Ralph C. e-Discovery: Current Trends and Cases.
