Karl Lott, senior counsel in the Real Estate Section, was featured in a Real Estate Bisnow article titled "Chasing Deals."
The article reports that Mr. Lott is working on a number of retail leases on behalf of tenant clients, one of whom – Chase Bank – is undertaking a major expansion, including 500 new branches in California over the next couple of years. He also recently closed the sale of a public storage facility in Oakland, Calif., for a lender client, who acquired the property through a deed-in-lieu, and is representing Time Warner Cable on various office and industrial lease extensions throughout California. The article also discusses Mr. Lott's real estate finance experience, pointing to his recent work for StorKwik in refinancing six self-storage facilities.
Mr. Lott moderated Bisnow’s State of Leasing Summit at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza on June 21.
