quoted in an article about employee discrimination and the decisions
employers need to make in order to avoid a law suit. He said employers need
to act quickly and resolutely when faced with a problem employee. Several
recent cases have made it more difficult for employers to discipline problem
employees resulting in an increase in the number of retaliatory claims
against employers.
