Jim Jacobson,
co-chair of the firm's national Health Law Team, was quoted in this article
about the dietary-supplement industry complying with FDA rules governing
manufacturing practices and new requirements to report consumer injuries. He
said "there isn’t a supplement maker that isn’t going to have to go through an
extensive review of their policies and procedures and compliance guidelines."
