Four-Year Product Liability Case Concludes
On the eve of trial, the court granted final summary judgment in favor of a Holland & Knight client, a tire manufacturer, in a four-year product liability case. During these proceedings, the court granted partial summary judgment on the plaintiff's tire manufacturing defect claims. The case is now on appeal.
