Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Investigations of Hot-Rolled Steel Products: Final Injury Determinations

The U.S. International Trade Commission has made its final injury determinations in the remaining antidumping and countervailing duty investigations of hot-rolled carbon steel flat products. By an unanimous vote, the Commission made affirmative determinations of injury with respect to all countries. Accordingly, the U.S. Department of Commerce will issue formal antidumping and countervailing duty orders in these cases.
The following list shows the final weighted-average dumping margins calculated by the Department for all countries (including the determinations for Argentina and South Africa, which were announced earlier):
