"Bill" Hamilton has received board certification in Business Litigation from The
Florida Bar. Certification is the highest level of recognition given by The
Florida Bar for competency and experience within an area of law.
Hamilton’s practice focuses on complex litigation in the areas of
intellectual property (copyright, trademark, patent and trade secrets law),
class action defense, telecommunications, antitrust and trade regulation, and
unfair trade practices. He currently serves on Holland & Knight’s Technology
Committee, which is responsible for the firm''''s national and international
telephony and data communications systems and networks. He has also served as
the firm’s Technology Partner.
