John Hogan and John Rowley Named Co-Chairs of Holland & Knight's National White Collar Defense Team

This article addresses the analysis of the risks involved that coastal states face when confronted with a request by a ship in distress for entry into a place of refuge. It also addresses why ship owners and operators should prepare in advance to assist the government agency in coming to a favorable decision.
