Holland & Knight Partners Named President and President-Elect of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Federal Bar Association

TAMPA, Fla. – Brad Kimbro and Brian Albritton, partners in the Tampa office of Holland & Knight, have been named president and president-elect respectively of the Tampa Bay chapter of the Federal Bar Association. Both were sworn in by Middle District Chief Justice Patricia Fawcett at the chapter's recent annual meeting.

In 2007, the Tampa Bay chapter will feature U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito as keynote speaker at its gala dinner on March 8th.

Kimbro is a trial lawyer whose practice emphasizes commercial litigation, including actions involving contract disputes, fraud, shareholder disputes, dissenters' rights, directors' and officers' liability, securities, and business torts. He serves as the Executive Partner for Holland & Knight's Tampa Bay region.

Albritton is a trial lawyer whose practice includes white collar criminal defense; claims relating to trade secret theft, noncompetition agreements and other restrictive covenants; and litigation involving telemarketing, direct mail marketing, consumer and unfair and deceptive trade practice claims brought by the Federal Trade Commission and Attorneys General.
