ATLANTA – Holland & Knight LLP provided legal counsel to Allianz Life
Insurance Company of North America in the $97 million sale of three office
buildings located in Royal Center in Atlanta. The sale of the three buildings at
Great Oaks Way, which contain a total of 620,000 square feet of office space,
closed on May 16.
