Holland & Knight Significantly Expands Its Tallahassee Office and Florida Government Advocacy Practice

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Holland & Knight LLP is pleased to announce the addition of three lawyers in the Tallahassee office. The firm's Florida Government Advocacy Practice is significantly expanded with the additions of Frederick R. Dudley and Mia L. McKown. In addition, Gigi Rollini joins the firm's Litigation Section.

Dudley, who is Board Certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar, focuses his practice in the areas of construction law, administrative law, and legislative and governmental affairs. He brings to the firm more than 20 years experience in local and state political positions, including 12 years as a member of the Florida Senate (1986 – 1998) and four years as a member of the Florida House of Representatives (1982 – 1986). He received his B.S. from the University of South Florida and his J.D. from Stetson University School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, he was with Akerman Senterfitt in Tallahassee.
McKown practices in the areas of administrative law and legislative and governmental affairs. She has more than 16 years experience in the agribusiness, banking and insurance industries, including serving as General Counsel for the Florida Department of Citrus from 2000 – 2002. She received her B.S. from the University of Florida and her J.D. from Stetson University School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, she was with Akerman Senterfitt in Tallahassee.
Rollini joins the firm's Litigation Section as an associate. She practices administrative law as well as utility regulation and appellate law. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Rollini was a senior law clerk to the Honorable Robert T. Benton II at the First District Court of Appeal. She received her B.A. from Florida State University and her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law.
