Holland & Knight's Tracy Nichols Appointed Firmwide Marketing Partner

MIAMI – Tracy Nichols, a partner in the Miami office of Holland & Knight, has been appointed Marketing Partner for the law firm by Managing Partner Howell W. Melton, Jr. As Marketing Partner, Nichols will work closely with the firm's Practice Management Committee, Section Leaders and marketing staff to develop and implement Holland & Knight's strategic marketing plan.

Nichols, who has served as lead counsel in over two dozen class actions, currently serves as National Practice Group Leader for the firm's Securities Litigation Group. She will continue to serve in that role and represent clients.

Nichols joined Holland & Knight in 1988 as an associate following graduation, with honors, from the University of Florida College of Law and a clerkship to the Honorable Howell W. Melton, United States District Court, Middle District of Florida.
