Holland & Knight Tampa Partner A. Brian Albritton Nominated For U.S. Attorney of the Middle District of Florida

TAMPA – A. Brian Albritton, a litigation partner in the firm's Tampa office, has been nominated by President George W. Bush for U.S. Attorney of the Middle District of Florida. The nomination must be approved by the Senate. Once approved, Albritton will take over for interim U.S. Attorney Robert O'Neill.

Holland & Knight Partner Elected to United Arts Board of Directors

ORLANDO, Fla. - Holland & Knight is pleased to announce that partner Kathryn Williams has been elected to the board of directors of United Arts of Central Florida, Inc. Williams joins a slate of other prominent arts supporters in this community-based fundraising and advocacy organization for local arts and culture.

Williams also serves as Children''s Chair for the Orlando Day Nursery and is on the board of directors for the Community Council of the Orlando Science Center and Florida''s Children First. She is actively involved as a mentor at the 33rd Street Jail.

At Holland & Knight, Williams concentrates her practice in the firm''s Central Florida Real Estate group, assisting clients in the development and registration of condominium and timeshare projects, commercial leasing, finance and mortgage banking. She earned both her B.A. and her J.D. from the University of Florida.

United Arts of Central Florida is a dynamic collaboration that includes regional corporations, small business, local governments, arts organizations, museums, artists, school districts and individuals.
