Nichols named as Most Effective Lawyer in Securities Litigation for 2008

The Miami Daily Business Review named Tracy Nichols one of the year's Most Effective Lawyers: Corporate/Securities.

The newspaper described her success in winning dismissals and negotiating settlements on behalf of generic drug maker Andrx in a series of securities class action lawsuits. Nichols spoke about the importance of forging a good relationship with opposing attorneys, saying, "They know us as straight-shooters so they respect our assessment of cases… that makes it easier for us to reach a settlement, which is how most of these suits end."
