IP Associate

The Northern Virginia office has an immediate opening for a midlevel patent associate in our growing Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical IP Practice. Candidates must have a PhD in a relevant field of study and at least 4 years of patent law firm experience, primarily writing and prosecuting patent applications on pharmaceutical and biotechnological inventions. Some opinion and litigation experience is desirable, but the focus of the position is on patent acquisition and portfolio development. The position offers great opportunity for professional growth and advancement. Candidates should include a resume, transcript, and writing sample.
